Walking into a facial appointment for the first time can feel a little intimidating, especially if you are not sure what to expect. But I promise, I am a regular, down-to-earth person and I am absolutely not judging how “good or bad” you are at taking care of your skin. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for from the moment you arrive.
When you walk into my treatment room, you will step into a calm, peaceful space and be greeted by gentle aromatherapy to help you unwind right away.
Before we begin, I will ask you to dress down to your comfort level. What I typically recommend is:
Shoes off
Everything from the waist up removed
Wrapping the soft spa wrap around you like a bath towel. It fastens securely in the front so you feel fully covered and comfortable
Once you are ready, you will settle into the warmed treatment table, which honestly feels more like a bed of clouds than a table. Seriously, everyone comments on how comfortable it is.
From there, we start with a conversation as I review the client questionnaire you filled out before your appointment.
We will talk through:
Your skin concerns and goals
What you are currently using at home
Any sensitivities, medications, or previous treatments
What you are hoping to get out of your facial

I will then take a closer look at your skin. This is where the customization really happens.
Even if you booked a specific facial online, your treatment is always adjusted based on what your skin needs that day. That might mean focusing more on hydration, calming inflammation, clearing congestion, or supporting your skin barrier.
Nothing is rushed, nothing is forced, and you are never locked into a treatment that is not right for your skin.
My job is to guide you, educate you, and make sure your facial is working with your skin, not against it.
I truly cannot wait to meet you and help you. This is my passion, and I am very lucky that it also gets to be my job.
