Service Description
Healthy-looking skin doesn't stop at your face. The Customized Back Treatment is designed to address the unique needs of the skin on your back, whether you're dealing with breakouts, congestion, rough texture, discoloration or simply want smoother, more refined-looking skin. Just like your facial treatments, your back treatment is customized rather than built around a one-size-fits-all protocol. Your treatment may include: Cleansing + Exfoliation: Deep cleansing, HydroDiamond, enzymes or other professional exfoliation selected for your skin Congestion + Breakout Care: Extractions and targeted treatments for clogged pores and breakout-prone areas Specialty Treatments + Modalities: Customized masks, Oxygen Rx, Cold Plasma Rejuvenation, Needle-Free Mesotherapy (serum infusion) and other specialized modalities selected based on your skin and concerns Finishing Care: Serums selected for your skin, moisturizer + SPF when appropriate Each treatment is tailored to concerns such as breakouts, excess oil, congestion, post-breakout discoloration, uneven texture, enlarged pores, sun damage and dryness. For clients working toward more significant or ongoing concerns, personalized homecare and a series of treatments may be recommended based on your skin and goals.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking: Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or a card on file before booking future appointments. Outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling additional services. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. The full service price will still apply. Courtesy & Respect for Scheduled Time Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. These policies help ensure fairness, availability, and the best experience for all clients.
