Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking: Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be subject to a 50% no-show fee. Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay or place a card on file before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. The full service price will still apply.
