Service Description
Not sure what your skin needs? I'm here to help. This 30-minute virtual consultation is designed to help you better understand your skin and create a personalized plan based on your unique concerns and goals. Whether you're dealing with acne, sensitivity, redness, dehydration, aging concerns, pigmentation, or simply feeling overwhelmed by skincare products, we'll work together to create a routine that makes sense for your skin. Before your appointment, you'll complete an intake form and submit photos of your skin so I can review everything ahead of our call. During our consultation, we'll discuss: • Your skin concerns and goals • Current skincare products and routine • Lifestyle factors that may impact your skin • Professional treatment recommendations • Customized homecare recommendations • Questions you have about your skin You'll leave with a personalized action plan and a better understanding of what your skin truly needs. Because skincare isn't one-size-fits-all. Please note: Virtual consultations are educational and cosmetic in nature and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Recommendations are based on information provided during the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking: Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or a card on file before booking future appointments. Outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling additional services. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. The full service price will still apply. Courtesy & Respect for Scheduled Time Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. These policies help ensure fairness, availability, and the best experience for all clients.
